Will you settle for less on a 5s?

If you happen to get in a store and they dont have the color or size that you want, will you wait or just get what ever is best in the store at the time?

Does having the new phone in hand that day outweigh not getting the color or size you hoped to get?

Will you gamble, buy the one in store in hope for returning it in 14 days in hope of getting what you want and eat the 36 restock fee?

I would prefer gold in 32gb, but will take 32/64gb in gold or silver if it's not available. I certainly don't want the space gray as iOS 7 isn't too pleasing to the eye with a black front (Although the rest is quite nice.)

No, not only is that more work for me to get something I don't want, it prevents someone else from getting what they want. If I can't get a 32GB Silver I will wait. I'm on an iPhone 4, I'm good at waiting.

Im same as you. has to be 64g.. if had to be pink with poka dots id buy it if the 64g. I case all my iphones for future resale.

I'll settle to a degree. I'd ideally like a 64 GB gold, but I'd also be okay with a 64 GB silver. I dont want space grey at all. I guess if I had to settle for 32 GB I would but I'm not sure.

Reports say 70-80% of iPhones in stock on Friday are iPhone 5c. Of the remaining percentage, 3 out of 4 iPhone 5s are Black/ space gray (because Apple thought that would be the most popular color). White/ silver and White/ gold are very limited. 64GB is VERY limited in all colors. AT&T iPhones are the most plentiful. I have read 5 or 6 articles stating these numbers.

I will ONLY buy iPhone 5s in White/ Gold. Ist choice, 64GB. I will settle for 32GB like my other 4 iPhones have been and just delete some apps and music videos. I hope to get the White/ Gold 64GB, though. Fingers crossed!

I'm ordering via my Apple Rep. Champagne 32GB...If I have to wait a little longer for delivery, then so be it..It's a departure from my usual black, but if stock's prove to be low, then I'll wait.

Interesting, why would you say the black face is less pleasing with ios7? I'm genuinely curious as I've always found the white face ugly, it makes the bezel look huge and makes the screen look tiny.

I'm bummed there is not a gold option with a black face.
