Will you settle for less on a 5s?

Interesting, why would you say the black face is less pleasing with ios7? I'm genuinely curious as I've always found the white face ugly, it makes the bezel look huge and makes the screen look tiny.

I'm bummed there is not a gold option with a black face.

Personnally, I think the black with all the color and white that comes with iOS 7 is way too much color clashing. Just doesn't look right in my opinion.

If I were to get a 5s, I honestly wouldn't know what colour I'd like unless I saw them in person. I'd be set on 32GB though.

I have a feeling I'd love the gold if I saw it, but I'd probably be too scared about departing from black and end up with the space grey...

Happened with the 4 (luckily in the end considering the delays on the white!) and the 5 - was set on white but then just decided to get black again.

agreed iOS7 on my black iPhone 4 really hasn't been as much of a problem as people have made out. Then again I know I want a white phone this time to make a change from having a black one for 3 years.

I won't be buying on launch day, but when I do, I won't be settling for a second or third choice option. If I'm paying over £600 for a phone, I want to get my first preference, which is currently a 32GB in gold.

The silver one does look nice indeed. I actually like the grey one the LEAST out of them all, seems too plain, but I prefer a black face. Man Apple didn't make it easy this time around.

After weeks of indecision I finally decide on white/silver and shortly after they announce that 3 out of 4 iPhones at launch are black/grey.

I'll take a 32 or 64 in white/silver of black/grey. I will not get gold nor would I ever get a 16 GB model. What I'm gunning for is a 32 white/silver.

I'll save the $100 I save not getting the 64 and put that towards and iPad 5.

Just curious if any opinions changed as release gets closer. Im getting 64 g ATT in whatever color will get the fastest delivery time. Size is not negotiable for me. Will try between ATT and apple online site tonight.

At first my mind was set but, of course, that has changed. My ideal is the gray 64 but honestly, I like all of the colors so I really dont care.

Lately, however, I've been wondering if i really "need" 64. I'll likely upgrade again next year so Im wondering if it would be terrible to just not keep as much music on my phone (really, I listen to streamed music most of the time anyway). I'm guessing if they do have only the 32 I'll go with that. Definitely NOT the 16.

If you happen to get in a store and they dont have the color or size that you want, will you wait or just get what ever is best in the store at the time?

Does having the new phone in hand that day outweigh not getting the color or size you hoped to get?

Will you gamble, buy the one in store in hope for returning it in 14 days in hope of getting what you want and eat the 36 restock fee?

I don't mind going up in storage but I would not go down in storage. Storage is the main reason I'm getting a new phone. Given that 64GB sounds like it will be hard to come by my guess is I will get 32GB or nothing.

As for color I'm not sure 100% sure but... The Gold is too flashy for me. I don't really care for the Gray so... I guess it is a Silver 32GB or nothing.

The only concession I'm willing to make is substituting silver for gold. Otherwise, it has to be 64GB and absolutely no space grey. Those two items are nonnegotiable for me. Looks like I may be waiting a while.
