iOS 7 seems to have many of the things I JB for including better multitasking and quick toggles. What are your thoughts?

Why does this question always come up? It is pretty much always a unanimous NO!

I thought the answer would almost unanimously be a yes. The question is, when you're on iOS7, would you jailbreak? If you jailbreak now, why wouldn't you with iOS7?

For me it's getting closer to not jailbreaking. The control center feature is nice so no more need for SB Settings. There are still a few reasons for me to jailbreak though.
Tetherme
BiteSms
MovieBox
Springtomize

I don't do themes or anything like that, just the customization that I can do with springtomize. If the quick reply messaging that showed on Sea Lion (Mavericks) was brought into iOS and was essentially bitesms then I would lose a lot of interest in jailbreaking.

That said, I'll probably upgrade to 7 ASAP, keep my iPad jailbroken and wait patiently.

I won't upgrade to iOS 7 until a jailbreak comes out for it. I can already do most of the major features announced: unlimited icons in a folder, better task switcher, quick settings. I already have Yahoo! Weather. I already have a camera app with filters. I use Spotify. I do not use SIRI. I can wait for the rest of the features and the flat UI.

Quick reply is what I am missing. If they add that to a future jailbreak. I don't really see any reason to jailbreak at that point.

I will definitely jailbreak but this time it won't be a must have. So when the new phone comes out I can use it immediately and wait for a jb no big deal.

Yes of course!

Can't give up Activator gestures, a custom hosts file, faster web view scrolling, spotlight plugins, faster UI animations (accelerate), Protect My Privacy and slimmer unobtrusive notifications.

What jailbreaking gives me that iOS 7 doesn't :

1. TouchPal system wide slide keyboard

2. Hardware button controlled music pause/start/skip/go back, from anywhere, even without switching on the phone.

3. YouTube download and add to music player library without involving PC

3. Landscape mode for Facebook, making text larger for my eyes. Seriously 4 inch screen is just too small so the ability to increase text size in landscape mode is badly needed.

4. Copying of text from Facebook posts. I need to paste it for EverNote, for language translation. Just to name a few.

5. Quick toggle for location service , data, etc, and long pressing the toggle to get to detailed toggle screen so as to perform other functions such as connecting to a Bluetooth device.

I need a jailbreak for the 7 even more than I needed it for 6. That new thin font is very hard to read, I need to be able to change the fonts.

The Control Center is a step in the right direction, but I think the toggles in NCSettings look better, and you can pick and choose which toggles to have.

The beauty of the JB community is that there are so many little tweaks that perhaps not many people will want, but if there is a dev who makes it, you can have it. There are all kinds of odd little tweaks in Cydia that I will never use, but then I find something that I do want that I know if it were left to Apple, we'll never have. So yes, I'll jailbreak when it comes out for the 7, and for the 8, and the 9...

I jailbroke my iPad and it's almost like I didn't jailbreak at all. There's like no tweaks for it lol but on the iPhone it's a whole different story.

I think the better question will be whether there will be a jailbreak for ios 7 or not. So far I have not heard about any progress with the new ios.

I'll probably just upgrade to 7 when it comes out. There's a few things I'll miss from the jbreak but I'm interested in the new iOS more.

I am...Im a sucker for pretty colors and that parallax junk.:(

Parallax can be turned off. I don't have the iPhone with me right now, but it's in Settings > General > Accessibility, there's a setting called something like "Reduce Motion."

Oh, you misunderstood me. I LIKE parallax. I wasted money on JB apps to simulate...

May sound silly but I like to be able to put my icons where I want them, I have a group at the bottom of the screen and some lined up at the top, that's one big reason I JB.
