Will you upgrade for OS 4?

No. It won't run on my current device and I'm not due to replace it until next year. I may then buy an OS 5 device, or maybe Android. A lot could change in a year!

If I'm still on the iPhone, I'll upgrade (I'm playing with the Nexus One)

2.2.1 is still snappier because it does not have cut, copy and paste.

Since you've not specified any time frame, I answered yes. I am sure once 4.0 official is out and my essential Cydia apps are compatible I will upgrade using a custom 4.0 firmware.
