Is there a way to program the MacBook trackpad to register a "light tap" as a single click in Windows 10 in BootCamp, as it would in OS X? Currently I have to press down on the trackpad (make an actual "click") when I'm in Windows, which is something I'm not used to having to do on my MacBook.

You could install Trackpad++ driver (see my thread at ), it defaults to tap-to-click behavior which you described. Also you'll get multiple gestures for 3 and 4 fingers, enhanced scroll, 3-finger drag, and so on...
