My IMac is a late 2013 running High Sierra. I had the USB with support software 5.1.5640 on it and Win 7 pro in the DVD drive. All was going well until near the end when I had this screen appear (see pic). The file it mentions is on the USB.
I don't know what the problem is. Also I can't move out of this screen. I have switch off the mac at the plug , removed DVD drive & USB but when I switch on again I am still at the same screen. How do I get back to Mac OX. I'm using a windows usb K/B
I hope some one can help.
Thanks

Restart your Mac while holding down the option key. You should have all the partitions show on your screen. Pick MacOS. After the Mac boots into MacOS. remove the bootcamp partition in the BootCamp assistant. Your going to start from scratch.

Download the Windows 7 Pro iso file from here;
https://www.microsoft.com/en-us/software-download/windows7?

Then use the bootcamp assistant to create a bootable usb for windows 7 from the iso you downloaded. Download any support files and size your bootcamp partition. Now this is the key step, unplug all usb devices, cd-rom, external drives. It seems they are not supported natively in the fresh OS and thats why Windows chokes during installation. Make sure you do this before you reboot to carry on the installation. Once Windows gets patched up after your install these devices will get patched and work.

Good Luck
