Win7 on 2018 Mini?

I'm not clear on whether the 2018 Mini can run Windows7 or not. Is the T2 security chip an issue?
I see that Bootcamp won't support Windows7 on the 2018 Mini, but I usually install windows manually anyway.
I dont want Windows 8 or 10. I have my reasons.
