So, if I have a window up, say Safari for example, and I try and grab the top of it and move the window, it doesn't always move. The weird thing is, if I say- try and open a bookmark, the bookmarks will drop down where they would be if the window had moved. If I activate expose, and then click on the window, it will be where it was moved to, and will move freely now.

What is the deal with that?

Same problem...

Hi!
I have exactly the same thing on my iMac 24' !
The screen completely freaks out once expose has been used.
It does not "spread" all active windows around to allow me to view the desktop, but rather "compresses" them all in the centre of screen. I can then move those small windows around, but once brought back to full screen, they get stack permanently to their new positions - no way of moving them around at all!
Phoned Apple Support Centre and guy there has put mr through a series of tests on my computer, archives restore etc.
Then - he freaked out - contacted some other advisors in his department, we spent over an hour on the phone and did not manage to fix anything!
No one there knew anything about anything similar to my problem, nor how to fix it!
IF ANYONE has any idea how to fix it, witjout re-installing OS X - I'm here to listen.

All the best - claddagh
