I'm looking for an application or method which will fit window size of an application to a predefined size.

For example I have Excel open and I have this application ready. I give the application parameters as 1280 x 720, app reduces / or increases the size of the Excel window to match the given size.

You could do it yourself with AppleScript. A quick Google search should show you how to size a window with it.

it works for some applications but not for all . ( In my case it does not work for parallels or I couldn't make it work )

Perhaps Parallels does not respond to AppleScript?
