Window Resizing Issue

Has anyone else had an issue with when moving the cursor arrow to the edge of a window there is no longer the resize arrows along the edge making it impossible to drag a window boundary? The only cure is a restart but then it only works for half a day and has to be restarted again. I run a pretty lean system M4 Max and have done a re set on the system with no luck. Thoughts??
 
I don't have this problem, but I find you do have to move the pointer really slowly as you approach the edge ...

Yes. If I'm in a hurry, it doesn't work. But eventually, it does, and without having to Restart.

Yeah for some reason there is something going on possibly with a Logmein Pro application. Not sure, been on Macintosh since the System 7 days so I know it's not me.
