What is the window to add Apple care plus? Isn’t it 60 days? Mine are not that far past purchase date but Apple’s site says they are not eligible after I put in the serial number. What gives?

4/16. I’ve tried a few different times and a few different days. Same result not eligible.

Try purchasing the AC+ on a laptop. It didn’t work for me via the Apple Store app but on the web it worked fine.

No such luck. Will have to give Apple a call up.
