No product key is required for the insider preview.

You can use almost any WIndows 10 key to activate the ARM beta. I used the one I was using with my x86 Windows 10 and Parallels installation on my old MBP. Actovated just fine, although I don't think it's necessary as mentioned above.

Yep, This is what I did so I could configure WFA to be used as account for our Windows network in the Office. Works very well, and I can now experience the full joys of Sage accounting at work.

You ought to need a key at some point. Insider Preview just means you're getting updates more frequently (and before they're ready to be released to the general public). As for how long you can function without one, I'm not sure. But the one time I tried Windows for ARM64 on an M1 Mac via Parallels, I needed a key. Just find a Windows 7 Product key sticker from that old crappy tower you probably haven't thrown out yet. 😉

You ought to need a key

You still need a key, I run the ARM version of windows, and it showed unlicensed and prevented certain things until I entered my key. I have two windows keys from years past - windows 7 keys to be specific. They still work, and I was able to use one of those
