Hello,

I run Windows through boot camp and have now encountered an issue running Windows 10. I recently upgraded from 8.1 to 10 (as per https://support.apple.com/en-nz/HT204990) and all is well, except the fact that the internal microphone no longer works (it worked fine in 8.1).

Now, the first thing I thought I would do is reinstall the Windows support software through Boot Camp Assistant (as per https://support.apple.com/en-nz/HT204923). But am now encountering an odd issue where I do not even have the same checkbox options as are shown on Apple's support site. I have included two images to show my Boot Camp Assistant when I open the program. Opens to the introduction window, with my only options being 'Open Boot Camp Help' or 'Continue', after clicking 'Continue' the next window opens where it only seems to allow me to Restore Disk to a Single Volume.

I should be seeing checkboxes to select Download the latest support software, correct?

Any thoughts? I really only want my internal microphone to work and don't know how best to approach this.
