I've upgraded my 2006 MacPro1,1 with 7 GB OEM RAM (big heatsinks) and OEM Radeon HD 5770, and flashed it to MacPro2,1, although it still has the original CPUs, the Xeon 5150. In Windows 10 everything* works perfectly... except Netflix 1080p, both with the Netflix application and Netflix in Edge. Usually after about 5-10 minutes of streaming, the machine locks up hard and I have to force a shutdown. Basically what happens is the video stops and the machine becomes totally unresponsive. The CPU and memory temps usually aren't even hot at the time according to Macs Fan Control.
I can use the machine just fine in everything else, including repeated benchmarking or high resolution VP9 playback to stress the machine, for as long as I want. Netflix 720p also works fine in Chrome for hours on end. Same goes for El Capitan. It's stable even under stress, and with Netflix 720p streaming in Chrome.
However, as soon as I switch to the Windows 10 Netflix app or Netflix in Edge, it locks up. Every single time. Anyone encounter this issue or know of a fix?
*Well, not everything works perfectly. I can't figure out how to install the Boot Camp drivers for the Bluetooth Apple Magic Mouse and Bluetooth Apple Magic Keyboard, so I don't get scrolling on the mouse and I don't the multimedia/eject key etc. functionality from the Magic Keyboard, but otherwise they function fine as a generic mouse and keyboard. I have another thread on that here:

Does Windows 10 (190x) kill the BootCamp 6 install hack for the original Mac Pro (1,1)?
Hi there. I just installed Windows 10 today, and was able to install the BootCamp drivers using the command prompt as an administrator to directly launch BootCamp.msi. However, then I upgraded to 1903 but then lost the installed drivers. When I tried the same command prompt install, it saying...
