Windows 7 64 bit slow bootup?

I'm experiencing a black screen with a blinking cursor for about 15 sec prior to seeing the windows bootup screen. Anyone else?

And when I had Vista installed previously, it did the same thing.

I always just accepted it, but if there was a way to fix it, that would be awesome.

Did you download this from a torrent? If so, it's loading a BIOS hack before actual boot up.
