Windows 7 bit 32 can't install a driver for a plug and play keyboard or mouse

I am having trouble with my mouse and keyboard because it can read the device but is unable to install the drivers. I tried plugging the device into a windows desktop and in my mac os it worked instantly, Please help

OS X 10.8.4
15"INCH MID 2012
