Windows 7 installs in different language (VMWare Fusion)

I installed Fusion, started it up, and inserted the Windows 7 installation disc. Everything installs fine, but it's not in English. It doesn't even give me a language option. 😕

Can I fix this, or do I have to learn Azerbaijani Turkic?

Have you used Windows before? If you have you can probably quite easily navigate in the Windows VM to control panel and then to launguages. Everything should still be in the same usual places, you just might need to use the images to help you.
