Hello.

I've been having this issue for the last year, meaning I haven't been able to use Windows for the past year.

What happens is this:

1) I install Windows 7. Everything seems fine.
2) I install Boot Camp drivers.
3) I reboot. Computer freezes after about one minute, displays a very subtle graphics bug, and reboots.
4) Repeat step 3 in perpetuum.

I would install Windows XP if it was possible. Well, it IS possible, but when I try to launch the Boot Camp drivers executable - nothing happens. At all.

Has anyone had this issue and resolved it?

How is the future? Are there flying cars and hover boards? Watch out for old man Biff - heard he is trouble.

No mid 2012 Mac Pros...or any mid 2012 Macs out there

You talking about mid 2010 Mac Pro? Or MacBook Pro?

Oh I'm sorry I meant to type mid-2010 :)

Also, the problem was resolved by.....

NOT INSTALLING THE BOOT CAMP DRIVERS.

It seems Windows 7 works almost flawlessly without them anyway.

My install of Win 7 two days ago is working great with the Boot Camp-made support drivers disc installed, just for reference. Maybe your difficulty was isolated. Glad it worked for you ultimately. (and mine is the mid 2010 version as well)
