I know that my computer doesn't officially support Windows 7, but I was hoping to install it anyway. However, I've found that my computer won't even recognize the installer disc for Windows 7. I can't even boot to the installer. Is this because the 2015rMBP requires an EFI supported version of Windows, or am I missing something?

Yeah, the newer MBPs require a DVD that supports EFI. So, you need a Win 7 SP1 disk, I think. Virtualbox would work though.

So it seems then that the newer Macs lose BIOS emulation entirely... that's really unfortunate.
