You don't quite get what I mean :p

I online activate in bootcamp once first installed - then in VMWare when it unactivates itself it won't allow you to activate online, hence the phoning MS.

Probably MSDN:AA uses OEM keys where-as proper MSDN uses Retail keys?

I installed Windows 7 with Bootcamp, activated it, and then used Parallels to access the Bootcamp partition. At first it asked me to re-activate and I had to deal with Microsoft by phone to finally get it working.

Trying to explain to the tech at Microsoft what I was trying to do was, lets say, an interesting experience.

Same piece of HW so it shouldn't cause any issues with the EULA as far as I can tell. But, yeah, I can see trying to explain it to the person at the other end would be surreal :confused:

I don;t ever talk to a person when I use phone activation. It just puts me onto an automated system.
