Windows 7 on vmware fusion display too small

Hi all,

So I own a Macbook pro retina 15" and I am running Windows 7 using vmware fusion 7. The display is very sharp but the icon/font is way too small. Is there a way I can change this?

Windows 7 does not play well with retina displays due to a lack of HiDPI support.
