Windows 8.1 default font?

I got Windows 8.1 on my Mac through BootCamp...

I noticed that the default font is using Segoe UI and Tahoma or something like that... I'd like to change everything to Arial but I only managed to change everything on the desktop to Arial... The Start menu and the metro apps still use Segoe UI 🙁
