Windows 8 and the Multitouch Trackpad

Is it possible to get the Macbook's Multitouch Trackpad to run in a similar fashion to this trackpad on Windows 8?

It's really cool the way it works and if there's a driver/similar mod that people use on Windows 8 with the trackpad, please share as I want to try Windows 8 Multitouch but have no tablet to experiment with.
