Hey everyone, just installed windows 8 on my bootcamp partition over windows 7 and i now have no graphics adapter (retina macbook pro), all i have is the Microsoft Basic Display Adapter. I am stuck at a brick wall and would appreciate any help! Thanks, skate71290 p.s. i have tried just installing nVidia drivers and get an error saying there is no detectable compatible hardware :/

Your only supposed to run the bootcamp 4 exe, it'll install the proper drivers for the video card.

    Did you download this? http://support.apple.com/kb/DL1638

If not, which drivers are you using?
