Windows 8 music app crashes?

I have installed windows 8 rtm but the music app keeps crashing before I can use it when music is about to play.

Does anyone have a fix for this issue? I realise that it's just out and not officially supported by apple yet. Thanks.

This is a software issue and completely unrelated to the fact that your computer is a MacBook Pro. Maybe someone can help you, but you'd probably be best off in a forum for Windows. There's probably more knowledge to be had there.

Are your drivers all installed and correct? Does Apple even support Windows 8 yet? I have the RP on my dell and the music app works fine.

I realise I didn't share much details here.

It is a retina MBP and I think the problem is Nvidia driver issues but I'm not sure how to fix it.
