I am running a macbook pro with boot camp and everytime i close my laptop while in windows and i open it, i lose my usb ports. I dont get any errors, its as if they arent getting power. If i plug in my mouse it doesnt work at all, my portable hdd will power up but it wont pop up on my computer. My wacom tablet is just like my mouse and gets no power. I am running boot camp 2.1 and xp sp3. If anyone has had this problem or knows a fix i would much appreciate the help. Restarting everytime i open my laptop is getting very annoying.
EDIT: Also when i open my device manager my usb ports are registered and claim to be working properly. Also i have to do a hard restart and when i unplug my power supply it doesnt register as running off battery. Its as if it stops registering all my ports but it says they all work.
