Is anyone else having this problem? Just installed W7 Pro x64 and it's fully updated - even got the latest Nvidia drivers working on it.

It's not causing any problems but when I load up windows the login screen has a black border around it like it won't go full screen, then when I log into windows it's perfectly normal again.

Any fixes?

I did have this issue on Windows 7, but not on Windows 8 and 8.1. I think it must be the lack of HiDPI support in Windows 7.

Yup I figured it might be something along those lines, but Microsoft can pry Windows 7 from my cold dead hands before I'll use 8.

The Windows cycle goes this way. Good, bad, good, bad....
2000 was good.
ME was bad.
XP was good.
Vista was bad.
7 was good.
8 was bad.
Hopefully 9 is good.
