So, my friend, just got a nano, she had an older ipod, with her dell laptop, she tried to plug it in, and itunes didn't recognize it. The old one worked perfectly with itunes, this one didn't. Apparently, its recognized as a disk drive, so i though to do that thing where you put it into diskmode, but that didn't work. So, I don't know where to go from there. Anyone have a clue what to do. (all her software/firmware is up to date)
