Windows custom scaling

I'm not sure I understand your point, I have an external monitor and a laptop and for those two displays, I can set different scaling factors.

I can do that only if I select predefined values (1809), like you are showing.

If you're looking for setting an individual scaling number then I don't think that's possible.
