macOS Windows Direct X Programming

Can I use a MBP or MP to run Windows and still have the capabilities to program Direct X 9/10 programs? Thanks.

Well, if you run Windows you can run, among other things, Visual Studio. The Express version is free.

Short answer : Yes. Long answer : Yes, as long as you run Windows through Bootcamp. Using VMWare is not really an option for developing 3D graphics style applications if you ask me.
