Sounds like you're justifying the 13. I would go with that I guess.

It's super powerful. It does everything super instantly. It is not much different than the 15 and 17 as far as power for what you do. Its plenty beastly.
 
I know :D but how else can you explain multi-core concept to a non tech savvy person without losing him/her in the jargon :confused:


A dual core cpu is like a two lane highway. It has a set speed limit of 4ghz. Two lanes of traffic can travel at 4ghz.

A quad core cpu has four lanes. The speed limit may be lower (3ghz) but the extra 'lanes' mean more traffic can flow in the same amount of time.

Hyper threading is when you are allowed to use the hard shoulder :D
 
Spec for spec isn't always the best way to look at Macs. You are looking to get a computing experience like no other!

But, go all out on hardware if you are looking to use windows on this bad boys.
