Windows in startup disk

hey can anyone figure out why my windows doesnt show up in the startup disk part of sys prefs? 😕 its Win7 x64 on a Mac Pro 🙂 only using x64 because I have more than 4Gb ram 😕

How are those 5 partitions we see in Finder allocated on the various physical HDDs?

all the windows stuff is on one hd and the mac ones are seperate hds

Is the Windows HDD MBR or GPT/MBR?
