Is there any way for a Windows iPod to work on a Mac. Yeah, dumb question I know, but I;m concerned.

I have a 5th generation ipod that I used on a windows computer, then once I got my pb, I just plugged it in, and instantly it worked! No reformatting, or anything! 😀

It should work going from Window to Mac, but if you're going from Mac to Windows you might have some problems.

If it's formatted on as a Windows iPod, it'll work on both Mac and Windows because Apple supports both hard drive formats.

Microsoft, however, has decided to be as proprietary as possible and only allow you to use Windows-formatted drives with Windows.

But yea, the Windows iPod will work on a Mac, but a Mac iPod won't work on a Windows PC.
