Windows isn't installing with partition

Hi guys,
I have a 13" Macbook 2011 model I have made a partition using boot camp but when I try to install with windows disc it just blinks that underscore at me or freezes at start of loading the files

Which Windows version from which medium do you try to install?

What does Medium mean? sorry

Windows 7 SP1 Home Premium 64 bit

medium means CD, USB, network... in this instance.

The object that is storing the windows install files.
