Windows isn't installing with partition

Hi guys,
I have a 13" Macbook 2011 model I have made a partition using boot camp but when I try to install with windows disc it just blinks that underscore at me or freezes at start of loading the files 🙁

Which Windows version from which medium do you try to install?

What does Medium mean? sorry

Windows 7 SP1 Home Premium 64 bit

The object that is storing the windows install files.
