Windows Locking & Unlocking Non-Stop!!!

Hi guys.

This has started appearing on my windows 8 side..

Havent done any updates or hardware changes.

It shows the lock sign, then unlock sign.. going back and forth very minute or so.

Tried turning the computer off and restarting, it hasnt stopped it.

What is it, and how do i stop it?

I've seen this previously and it turned out to be a screen resolution problem.
Try adjusting screen resolution to something else and see if it disappears.

well thanks everyone for your kind replies. Ended up being a problemw ith my Dell u2711 Monitor.
