Anyone else use it for their home theater setup?

I was originally gonna use a Mac Mini for my home theater setup, but my dad chose this because it could play DVD files out of the box. I guess that Front Row could've handled that to an extent, but since it was my dad (who has a Windows machine) that was getting everything set up, I didn't argue with him.

I'm not trying to start a flame war. I just wanna see who else uses Windows Media Center.
 
I use it. It's a great program and does a lot of things that Front Row can't including watch and record live TV.

Is your Dad going to dedicate a PC to running it or use an extender device (like a 360) to connect it to a PC elsewhere?
