Mattym62 macrumors regular Original poster Sep 29, 2005 #1 Ever since I installed OS Tiger , My Powerbook only opens up Windows Media Player when it feels like it ?? What can be wrong ? I have ran virus-scan like 30 times, and there is no virus.. But i am going crazy ? Please Help -Matt

840quadra Moderator Staff member Sep 29, 2005 #2 Try to delete the program, Download, and install it again. See if that fixes it. I have had Weirder issues with MSN Messenger, and removing it then replacing it solved it all together.

mad jew Moderator emeritus Sep 29, 2005 #3 When you delete it, make sure you delete everything to do with it, especially the preferences. 🙂 In fact, try deleting the preferences first and if it still doesn't open, then reinstall.

Click to expand... Good point! If you don't know those will be in your Home folder, otherwise you can just Spotlight Media player to find files!
