When I used to attach my phone to my computer via usb, I was able to quickly access the photos (like a flash drive) and copy some of them over.

Since updating, when I attach my phone, it no longer shows in windows as an external device, Is anyone else having this problem?

Does the pop-up screen appear in Windows (the one asking what to do with the device)?

In many cases this screens shows options to "Do Nothing, Import Photos, Explore Device..." and such.

Alos, have you checked your USB settings in Device Manager?

Ah I've solved it, seems that if the camera roll is empty nothing pops up to allow me to browse the files.

As soon as I took a new photo and left it in the camera roll, Windows recognised the phone and allowed me to browse the folders.

Thanks for the replies :)
