Windows NVIDIA 326 Drivers

The NVIDIA installer is stuck at installing Microsoft .NET Framework and has been like this for well over 30 minutes. What should I do. I cannot exit out of the installer unless I use task manager. How will this effect the previous drivers if I cancel the installer midway through.

Any help would be appreciated.

Note: Have late 2012, 680mx card
