So, I'm curious if anyone here has managed to get Windows 7/8 running on the 2013 13" MBP, and if so, how well it ran? I need to be able to run Windows, and not in parallels or some virtualized crap. I mean natively at full power.

On a side note, under Mavericks, what is the smallest partition size you can create for the Mavericks installation? I was planning on 30 OS X/90 Windows to start (I'd be using Windows more often, due to software restrictions imposed on me by school and work).

Are you talking about the rMBP because the regular one didn't get a refresh this year.

Running windows 8.1 via bootcamp and parallels in the 2.4/8/256 model it runs super smooth.
I even think it runs smoother than mavericks.

Win7 on bootcamp. Runs great. I have the 15" though 2.3/16/512/750m. Not sure how low you can go with OSX. I can give you a reference of what I used up. On my bootcamp partition, I set it to 125. I have Win7 and Visual Studio 2013 on it and nothing more outside of some Windows updates and some drivers. I have roughly 77 GBs of space available there still. My OSX partition is 375 GBs. I installed a few apps plus Office 365 for Mac. I have 344 GBs of space left on that.
