Last year I was happily running Windows 7 on my 2018 15" MBP via the Boot Camp but cannot remember how I managed it.
I seem to remember downloading a Windows IOS file that Boot Camp used but O cannot find any now - I certainly didn't pay for anything.
Any help to locate a possibly free IOS Windows (or maybe it was just a free trial) Oh dear, at 82 the old brain is a bit slow ?

You need a Windows 10 DVD or USB drive; you can download that from Microsoft. It is possible to use that without registration, with limitations.

Then, start „Bootcamp Assistant“ and follow the instructions...

Well I've learned something, it works very well! Did what I had to do in Windows and have removed it again!
Well pleased, thanks all!
