Windows on OS X with Q

hey everyone.
i've just been searching this forum to find any info on this open source windows on mac program called Q. Its very hard to search for a single letter though, so i'm not sure if this has been mentioned before but...
i was just wondering if anyone has used it and if it is workable at all?
