hey im running windows for some games on parallels and maybe im missing something but i cant figure out how to get connected to the wireless i use on leapord. can someone help me out?

Well as far as I remember.... when you run your VM in the normal mode (as a program in Mac OS with a window), you have a number of options to use the USB, Fw, Optical drive and the network in the bottom right corner of the window! Check for a symbol like this:
