Windows on Windows using VirtualBox and Microsoft Remote Desktop on macOS

I really like the Windows 10 Weather App so I installed a Windows 10 VirtualBox Virtual Machine on one of my Windows 10 boxes and installed Microsoft Remote Desktop on my 2010 iMac 27 and this works out really well. It uses a minimum of resources on the iMac but allows me to run Windows 10 remotely. I do have a few other things that I do on Windows. I was doing them using a Virtual Machine on the iMac but running remotely is a lot faster because the Windows system has far more compute resources. One way to have your Windows while using a macOS physical system on the desktop or laptop.

I do the same, though not for the weather app and I remote desktop into the Windows machine directly.

It really works well.

I use Jump Desktop rather than Microsoft's Remote Desktop on the Mac's side. I can use it to remote into my Intel Mac Mini too.
