Windows Safari Reading list doesn't sync

The reading list in safari does not sync (over iCloud) with my iPad 2 (running iOS 5). Is it supposed to be like this or can I enable this feature?
My bookmarks actually do sync (there's a specific option for that in the iCloud config-utility)

Reading list isn't supposed to sync, but imo it really should.

More than once I've emailed myself a link from my iPhone to check out when I get home. It'd be so much easier to add it to the reading list and have it sync.
