Windows software to extract pictures/video from iPhone backup?

Hi, does anyone know the name of a program that works in Windows and can read iPhone backups and allow pictures/video to be extracted? I jailbroke my iPhone 4 with 5.0.1 - did a backup before, then restored the backup after jailbreaking but for some reason the camera roll is empty and all my photos/videos that I took are missing. I have a backup from last week and one from a few months back so was wondering if there is a program that can scan these backups - show me the pics/videos and allow me to extract them?
