Windows version of IVI

I'm looking for a windows application (or set of applications) that will automate the conversion of MKV files to M4V files with metadata. IVI has a watched folder, will automatically convert the file and include metadata. It will put the converted file in a different folder and move the MKV to the trash.

Is there a Windows equivalent?
