Windows XP No driver on bootcamp

Hi bro, could you help me to solve the below problem...

I have use MacBook Pro year 2012.

I used BootCamp for Mac + Window 7

Inside Window 7 I have install window xp over vmware v10.

Inside Window XP some driver missing, like VGA, Ethernet, Wireless and SCSI and Raid controller.

Kindly help me what I need to do or what software I need to install?

You need to install VMWare Tools on the guest OS (Windows XP).

Am using VMware workstation v10, Can I install VMWare tool v10 or I need to re-install vmware workstation v5.5 and install vmware tool?
