My wife works at the local high school. In the spring of this year, (last school year), she got a memo about a special program for teachers and administrators for MS products. We ending up buying XP Pro, Front Page, Visio and all of Office Professional for $28 US. At the time, I had no idea what I would use it for, but, at basically $8 for XP Pro, it was too good of a deal to not take advantage of.

That's the cheapest I've seen it.
